Marketing Historic Properties is a 6 hour continuing education course for agents taught by Maurie Van Buren. In this course, Ms. Van Buren discusses marketing historic property, including: characteristics of historic properties, historic designations, standards of rehabilitation, supply and demand in the historic property market, and creative and correct ads.
