Course Description

Financing of Commercial Real Estate is a 6 hour continuing education course for agents taught by David Thomas. In this course, Mr. Thomas discusses the basics of property loans including: parts and types of loans, second loans, wrap loans, callable and conduit loans, and reading the summary sheet.
